Certification Agreement

The subject is the issuance of a certificate attesting that the organization's documented management system structurally conforms to the requirements of the relevant standard. The certificate is issued by Beyer & Jdaa IPM Consulting GbR under the brand “CertNX” (the “Provider”).

This is not an accredited certification. The Provider is not accredited by a national accreditation body (e.g. DAkkS) and does not operate under DIN EN ISO/IEC 17021. The certificate is an independent assessment by the Provider and does not constitute an accredited conformity assessment.

Conformity is verified exclusively through a comprehensive remote evaluation of the submitted documentation and remote operational interviews. No on-site assessment takes place.

The certificate holder is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the documents and information submitted; the Provider may rely on their accuracy.

The holder maintains its management system in conformity with the underlying standard for the duration of validity and informs the Provider without undue delay of material changes affecting the scope of certification.

The certificate and the digital verification badge may be used only unaltered, in full and within the scope for which they were issued.

The holder communicates the scope and nature of the certification transparently to third parties, partners and authorities. Where requested or required by the context, the holder states that the assessment was a remote documentation review and that this is an independent, non-accredited certification.

Any misrepresentation of the status or accreditation level is prohibited and entitles the Provider to revoke the certificate with immediate effect.

The certificate is valid for as long as the conditions set out in this agreement are met. Lack of fulfilment of the conditions may render the certificate invalid.

The Provider is entitled to suspend or revoke the certificate if the conditions for issuance subsequently cease to apply, if the certificate is used improperly, or in the event of a misrepresentation under § 5.

Each certificate is given a unique number and can be verified for validity in real time at certnx.com.

The period of validity follows from the certificate. Renewal requires a renewed assessment.

The Provider gives no warranty that the certificate will be recognized or accepted by third parties, authorities or accreditation bodies. The risk of non-recognition is borne by the holder and gives rise to no claims for damages against the Provider.

The Provider's liability is governed by the Terms & Conditions. German law applies. The Provider's Terms & Conditions apply in addition to this agreement; in case of conflict, the Terms prevail. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
